Went 2 for 4 last week. Unfortunately, whiffed on the 1 unit bets, nailed the smaller unit bets. Also, I’m 2-0 on the basketball season, but that’s irrelevant right now.
Season: 10-11, -2 units
Week 8: 2-2, -1 unit
Eagles (+3) @ Giants (0.5 units): Beckham is (reportedly) less than 100%, the Giants have no ground game. Easy win if the Eagles D shows up, close game if not.
Steelers (+3) @ Ravens (0.5 units): The Steelers are the opposite of whatever consistent is whenever they’re on the road (that word is probably ‘inconsistent’), but I’ll give them the nod with Ben, Leveon, and Brown at full go.
Titans/Chargers Over 47 (1 unit): It never feels right doing over/under bets, but SD is at home, the Titans will have to keep up in terms of scoring, and both teams have the potential to underwhelm on D in spurts.
That’s it. Not a ton that I like this week, to be honest.
